The figure elucidates the amount of enquiries obtained by the holidaymakers information office in a city from January to June in 2011. At first glance, it is evident that by letter or email, in comparison with other aspects, became the only aspect which faced a significant drop.

To begin with, there was a gradual palpitation in the total of enquiries by telephone in which it, initially, stood at just below 1000 and achieved approximately at 1000 in March. Afterwards, it remained stable in the following month, nevertheless, it uplifted tremendously, soaring to 1600 by the end of the period shown. However, the number of enquiries in person, which was the lowest aspect in January, experienced an immense growth between January, which made up at just above 400, and June, which constituted at well beyond 1800 and it had the highest number of enquiries in June.

In contrast, January to May witnessed an enormous decline in the value of enquiries by letter or email in which it upright positioned at just beneath 800 in January and plummeted highly to well across 200 in May, and it remained unchanged in the next month.
