You and your family are planning to spend a weekend at a seaside hotel.
Write a letter to the hotel for making the arrangement. Let them know:
when you will be arriving and leaving
what type of rooms you would like and ask how much the weekend will cost
inquire about activities and places of interest near the hotel
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to make the bookings for 3 double bedrooms at your hotel. I am exhilarated to arrive on this weekend i.e 8th June and will be departing on 10th June.
One of my friends suggested me to organize a family trip to your hotel which includes some sightseeing near your vicinity.
We will be arriving in afternoon on the saturday and the total number of peoples are 6 including 2 children. I am interested in taking accomodation on the beach side cottages which are near the church. Moreover, my family prefers to have vegetarian and I would be interested to take package which compromises lunch and dinner. Do you host any beach sports on weeekends like volley ball, snorkling, etc. as my kids would be really interested to do some.
Would it be possible for you to provide me the list of activities with fees? Are there any local market nearby where we can buy souvenirs? Also, provide me the approximate cost for 2 days which including above requisite requirements. If there is any advance payments, I am willing to pay it and let me know by what mode of payment.
I am waiting to hearing from you soon.
