You recently visited a store to repair your computer but they couldn't fix it. Write a letter to the store manager and say,

What do you want them to do about it?
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to complain about ill experience that i have at your store.
To begin with, about one week ago, I purchased computer of brand name Dell from your retail outlet. When I came back home, I turned it on and I found that Bluetooth mouse was not detected. So, I restarted it, but suddenly it showed me a blank screen.
Therefore, I went to back to a store and spoke to sales executive called Kajal. She sent my computer to Dell's service center. After two days, When I came to collect it, defects were not solved. Unfortunately, Kajal informed me I was not entitled to a refund.
I think it is only fair that I get replacement with new one or I be reimbursed for this defective product and I therefore kindly request that you provide a full refund or replacement at your earliest oppotunity.
I would be greatful if you could respond at your earliest convenience.
Yours sincerely,
Kajal Desai
