A university education is essential to success in life
People can learn many things in university but this education does not guarantee success. While university education is a reason for success for many people, some of them waste their time and energy in the university and this education process did not the best way for them to improve their talents. Also many people are successful in life without getting university education. Therefore, it will be better for each person to follow the work which has talent in that.
First, interest to a specific job is the main issue that motivates people to do their best and this brings success for them. When people do not interest in their work, they do their work without satisfaction. Therefore, their performance level will not be high and they cannot reach success in their life. For example, my friend abandoned the university after two years because he found that he has no interest in his selected field. Then he followed a new job that he had interest and talent in it and now he is a very successful person in his job.
Getting university education can waste the time and energy of some people. Many people after graduating from university work in the field that it is not related to their education. Therefore, university education is not useful for them in their work. While, if they had spent the university period to get experience in their work, they would have been more successful. For instance, my friend selected mechanical engineering for university field according to his family's suggestion. He spent many time and energy to graduate from university. After that, he selected to work in another field. It is obvious that if he had spent this time and energy in the field that he works now, he may have succeeded more.
In general, there is a lot of ways to get to success and it is different from one person to another. University education is one of these ways and it is not an appropriate way for everyone to reach success. Each person should assess his talent and interest and tries to get education related to that.
