• give details of your course and your arrival/departure date
• explain your accommodation needs
• ask for information about getting to and from the college
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing you to request some information about the course, accommodation and transportation. I am travelling on 5th august and I will reached Australia by 6th august morning. I have never been to this college before so it would be great if you provide few details on my query.
I have took admission in Advance English speaking course of six months. this course is of advantage for me in my future endeavours. I am very excited about my stay in college during my tenure. my requirement for accommodation are it should be ground floor and it would be really humble if it would not be on sharing basis. I need a accommodation where I can study without disturbance not much of noise, so it will prove helpful if its away from highway.
Another information is required from you is how to communicate from college and how to travel to college when I reach there. is college provide me any transportation or do I need to hire my own cab. if I hire a cab does that be reambresuable.
it would be grate if you provide me information as soon as possible. Looking forward to hear from you soon.
Your Faithfully,
preeti
