The demand for electricity in England during typical days in winter and summer and how electricity is used in an average English home
The line graph gives information about the comparison of electricity demand during typical days in winter and summer in England the pie chart also provides the percentage of electricity used in an average English home. Overall, as can be seen that the highest electricity demand during winter had to be in 21.00-23.00 approximately whilst in the summer the highest demand was around 12.00-14.00. The electricity was mostly used for heating rooms and heating water clearly which measured in percentage.
Regarding to the first chart initially, the most positive movement electricity consumption during winter happened to be around 21.00-23.00 which reached up to 49.000 watt nearly whilst the smallest demand was at 06.00-09.00 which got down to 31.000 watt generally. On the other season, in summer, the highest electricity required had to be at around 12.00-15.00 which raised up to 20.000 watt closely and it was almost similar with the demand at 21.00-23.00. Reversely, the lowest demand of electricity during summer was at 06.00 and similarly at 16.00-17.00 which counted around 15.000 watt.
Looking to the second chart, room and water heater occurred to be the most electricity used for which peaked up to 52,5%. Then, the next highest electricity consumed was in the usage of oven, kettles, and washing machines which marked at 17,5%. Slightly lower than former, the electricity usage of lighting, tv, radio, vacuum cleaners, food mixers and electronic tools were similar which noted at 15% respectively.
