Dear Sir or Madam,
Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding the service which I received recently, when I visited your electronics shop, located at High street park , London.
As per mouth publicity done by my friend about your shop and service, we decided to buy Microwave oven from your shop. When we entered into your shop, we were into a positive note, but it turned down very soon.
We asked the staff, who were standing at the counter, to show us Micorwave oven. But he pointed out finger to another person, and told us to check with that staff. The staff was busy in watching television and was not concerned about the customer. When we queried to him regarding oven, he said rudely to wait for five minutes, as that TV opera was going to end in few minutes. We felt insulted and left your shop without buying anything and none of the employees came to consult us that time.
I would highly recommend you to train your staff with concerned to the delivery of service. As, you have brand name in the market but it is getting detoriated because of the service provided by your employees.
I hope that you will resolve this issue.
Yours faithfully,
Tim Frank
