it is argued that some individuals are gifted with talents for sport or music since birth. other times, however, it is said that a person can be trained into a great sports player or musician. while people can learn faster than others if they possess gifted talents, I believe that, through time, any child can be taught to become a phenomenon.
On the one hand, having talents since birth allows people to master some training much faster than others. In other words, some individuals somehow have the ability to understand lessons and put them into good practice in just a small amount of time and show improvements sooner than ordinary ones. For example, at the age of 14, Christiano Ronaldo was discovered by a local coach while he was trying to control a ball for the first time. Four years later, he could outperform most other soccer players. however, I believe that people with natural talents are limited to advance in only some particular fields.
On the other hand, everyone can become very good in any fields if they follow their training persistently. this is to say that it takes quite a long time of practice for a person to master a skill and most people tend to quit midway. if they are patient and finish this training process, they will surely achieve their goals and succeed in becoming a good sportsperson or musician. For instance, the National Piano Academy in Ho Chi Minh City has reported that 90% of their students, who thoroughly passed the course of 5 years, graduated to become famous pianists throughout Vietnam. Therefore, I believe that persistence in training will lead anyone to huge successes.
In conclusion, although those, who possess natural talents, can quickly learn and get good at some sports or musical instruments, any child can be taught to master any skills if they are persistent through time.
