146- free time inside/vs outside

Everybody enjoy to have some free time, to relax and to have fun. Some people prefer to spend their free time outdoors; other people prefer to spend their leisure time indoors. There are a lot of things that I would consider before taking a decision of what I want to do with my spare time. However, more often I would prefer to spend my free time outside. In the following paragraphs I will give some arguments that support my option.

The most important things about spending my leisure time outdoors is the opportunity to see more, to do more or to simply relax in the nature.You could walk and observe the beauty of the nature, you can relax by planting some vegetable in your garden, you can simply drink a glass of vine, admire the blue sky or listen the noise of the ocean breeze.

Being outdoor makes it easier for my mind to relax.The best way to use my free time is to relax. For instance, after a busy day in the office on my way home, getting out of the office building makes me relax and feel free of all the problems from work.

Outside is the place were you can never feel too crowded, it gives me the great sentiment of freedom. The beauty of the mountains or a long walk on the beach after a hot summer day can not be compare with any indoor activity no matter some people would say. For example, this summer we had a great time on our vacations while we were walking throughout the mountains and hear the echos of our voices. It was a great feeling to be able to scream without worrying about our neighbors.

To sum up, no matter what other people say, the best and the healthiest way to spend your free time is outdoors.
