You recently organized an all-day event meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about the food that was served for lunch.
Write a letter to the manager of the hotel, in your letter
Say what the participants liked about the hotel
Explain why they were unhappy about the food
Suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in future.
I’m writing this letter to express our thoughts and wonderful experience that we had at your prestigious hotel during our whole day meeting organized last week.
My name is Yasir Ali from Matrix invent and last week on July 15th we organized an all-day company meeting at your hotel which was fantastic experience. After the meeting we followed up all the participant and ask for their feedback for the services that were provided by your hotel to our participants.
From the feedback, we have concluded that all the services such as Decorations, sound system, air conditioning, behaviour of your staff was over whelming and fabulous. But the only services that has been disliked by our participants was the food. The participants have complained that the food was not in good quality such as the hygiene and taste was not as per our expectations. Also the food was served which was not hot and fresh.
I would like to suggest some of the suggestion that we got during the feedback about improving the quality and taste of the food in your hotel. Following are our suggestions.
1. The food hygiene should be good and the all employers who are serving food should be wearing good clothes and cover their hairs.
2. All the plates and dishes should be washed and soaked properly.
3. The food should be served hot and fresh.
Yours Sincerely,
Yasir
