You went to a theatre yesterday with a friend. Your friend had an accident and a staff member helped. Write to the manager:
• How it happened
• How staff member helped
• What should be done in the future.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about a horrified event that I encountered at your theatre last weekend. I was with my friend Colin when I slipped and damaged my right knee by hitting on the floor.
This particularly happened because of water which was spilled on the surface. Moreover, the lights were switched off for that particular walking passage. In addition, one of your staff member told me that they do not turn on the lights for an evening show, which was certainly surprising.
However, the incredible help provided by Sarah astonished me; she was a supervisor for that event. She rushed instantly and gave a first aid, which helped to reduce the swelling. Then, she arranged to turn on the lights and to mop the floor.
Firstly, I would recommend you not to switch off the lights, especially at the aisle-walking path. Secondly, the arena should be inspected by a senior staff before opening the gates for public. This would prominently eradicate such incident in future.
Thank you for your consideration.
Kind regards,
Jerry
