Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing this letter to express my great sense of satisfaction regarding the tour guide Manish, who provided a very appreciative service to us during our tour.
Last week I went to Mustang along with my few acquaintances who are from Canada and the tour guide named Manish, which you hired for us. We were 5 in total headed to Mustang from Kathmandu. The tour package included the Museum, historic buildings, and the local community at Mustang. It was a 5days of a tour in total from 5th to 10th August.
I must show my respect and be admirable for Manish's talent and skills to make the tour enjoyable and memorable. I was amazed by observing his multiple talents, including the skills to describe the places in a perfect way to his multilingual nature where he talks in 6 languages. Furthermore, he was extremely conscious of our needs and did not make our day boring because of his interactive nature.
I believe it is completely difficult to find such an energetic staff in today's time who is totally responsible and loyal to own duties. Therefore, to increase the level of inspiration and satisfaction from this company, you should appreciate him my increasing his remuneration to bonuses so he can work harder for this company.
