Last Wednesday you flew from London to Vancouver. When you arrived home, you discovered that you had left your hand luggage on the plane.
Write a letter to the airline. In your letter, you should explain:
where and when you lost your bag
what your bag looks like
what its contents were
Dear sir or madam,
I am writing to let you know that I lost my property in one of your flight. Last Wednesday on 23rd November seat no: A13 in business class, I was boarded from London to Vancouver for a continuous journey. I had my hand luggage with me and I put it in the overhead bin. Unfortunately, due to the long flight duration, I forgot to carry it with me while leaving the plane.
My medium-sized Da-Milano bag made up of leather stuff is blue in colour, locked with golden zip and two pockets outside. I had my original academic documents, some books along with passport and other important belongings including expensive watch gifted by my grandmother.
As you can imagine the importance of bag to me. Please let me know if you have my hand luggage and how can I get it back. Would you kindly inform me on my email: henrybla@hotmail.com.
I am looking forward to your reply.
Yours faithfully
Henry
