Dear Sir,
I came to know about the award that your newspaper is planning to give from your today's edition. I really appreciate your effort to recognize contributions from ordinary people around us. As requested in the paper, I am proposing the name of Ms. Sujata Ghimire, a local teacher at government school, who is trained to teach students with disability from our community.
Ms. Ghimire teaches mathematics to blind students during the weekdays and on weekends, she trains young girls at nearby college on the techniques of self defense. The parents from nearby villages are extremely satisfied to see that Ms. Sujata has been able to inculcate good manner and discipline among the young children.
In my view, Ms. Sujata can either be given a certificate with some cash amount or if it is possible, you may explore the options of buying some equipment for her class. In the last parents' meeting, she was concerned that she does not have the latest and newest tools to cater to the needs of her students, so, it is really a great idea if you could assist her.
I sincerely hope that you will consider Ms. Sujata suitable for this prize.
Yours faithfully,
Robin Hood
