You visited a restaurant for a meal. You were served meat (non-veg) instead of vegetarian meal. You are very annoyed at this incident. Complain to the restaurant manager for the same.
In your letter
•explain your annoying experience
•describe the unprofessional attitude of the staff member
To whom it may concern.
I am writing to notify you of a claim about poor quality meal against your restaurant. Besides, I am disappointed concerning your attendant’s rude when dealing with the client’s request. It is hurting your business.
I have ordered a dish of vegetarian in your restaurant early last week. But, once the waiter was served me, I understand that is not my order. He has brought me red meat rather than dish of vegetarian. I thought that your restaurant at least manage to check my order and apologize me. However, I was shocked when I saw the restaurants’ staff members insisted that they made no mistake and were not held responsible. This situation is compounded by the fact that they suggested me to refer this problem to the restaurant manager. This situation is seriously causing me considerable anxiety. Unless you take prompt action to rectify this problem in any way you can, I will be forced to take legal action regarding your restaurant’s refusal to honor the law and apologize me. I hope we can work something out to our mutual benefit.
Your earliest response will be appreciated.
Faithfully yours,
Mans Sh
