You live in a room in college which you share with another student. However, there are many problems with this arrangement and you find it very difficult to study/work.
Write a letter to the accommodation officer at the college. In the letter:
describe the situation
explain your problems and why it is difficult to study/work
say what kind of accommodation you would prefer
You should write at least 150 words.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am joe, second year law student and I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the accommodation provided for me by the university.
The college sheltered me in the Serenity hostels, where i share the room with the senior scholar called john who is in the final semester and his annoying behaviour makesa lot of distractions which are affecting my academics.
To brief, john is inviting people to our living space and have parties frequently, even the week just before the exams. I tried to convince him, hoping that he will consider my request, but the things get worsened and resulted in lack of concentration in studies and project works.
Overseeing in to the adverse events happening,I appeal to issue me a quieter place to reside, in which can focus on my assignments and learning.
I do apologise for any inconvenience caused. Thanking you for all the help and support offered.
Yours Sincerely,
joe
