I am writing to you regarding a water leakage that I found in my kitchen in today's morning. unfortunately, it is a serious issue that should be solved promptly.
As I mentioned, I woke up today's morning to find that water had flooded in all around the kitchen, it seems to be happened earlier at night and because we were sleeping, nobody recognised it until we have waken up. And while I was trying to figure out the reason for such a problem, I realised that the main pipe under the sink was broken, although I tried to fix it by myself, unfortunately, the situation became worse and the water leaked harder than before. I am afraid that some electronic devices in the kitchen could be broken as a result.
To solve the matter, I ask for your prompt help to provide me a professional plumber, whom your company inquires for such an issue, as I remember his name is James, he had properly repaired our neighbour's pipes last week, hence I think he can fix ours too. And if he can come today, I will pay the expenses, on account I may be responsible for worsening the problem.
