In recent years many small local shops have been closed because of large shopping malls or centres, this development of super markets and large provisional stores has both advantages and disadvantages.
In a positive way the customers no need to go different shops to purchase the grocories and clothes ,we can find everything in the same place.This helps the customers to save money and time, additionally the consumers can also get huge discounts and coupons on their bills depends up on their amount spent.
Along with that the people are also getting different benefits like reward points, special gifts for the lucky one's who won the lucky draw,special holiday tours with less cost etc.
In a negitive way it affects the small business people in many ways , they can't sell their products at the low cost which the malls offering the people.In long run it affects the small and medium sector on their profits and impact their survival .
