You and your family are planning to spend a weekend at a seaside hotel.
Task: Write a letter to the hotel making the arrangements.
1. Let them know when you will be arriving and leaving.
2. What type of rooms you would like.
3. Ask them how much the weekend will cost.
4. Also, enquire about activities and places of interest near the hotel.
Dear Sir,
I am looking for the arrangements in your hotel seaside, where I am planning to visit on the upcoming weekend with my family. I am starting my journey on 12/14/2019 with four adult and two children. I am expected to reach at 10.00 am and my return ticket is on the date of 12/18/2019.
I was looking for a comfortable stay, as I am travelling with my parents and they can not climb to the stairs. so Please provide me with accommodation on the ground floor. also, we need two rooms, so I would prefer to get nearby apartments.
I saw online hotel one-day accommodation is costing 5$ to 9$. it would be a privilege if you could provide me with the complete package with the full board meal plan. also, this is the first time we are coming to Mumbai. it would be kind enough if you could help us with nearby activities or places which we could visit. my family is having an interest in a live concert. if any show is happening in our visit time; we would love to enjoy that.
I look forward to getting your reply on this matter.
Yours faithfully,
A Kansal
