Overall, it is clear that the number of visitors increased after the refurbishment of the museum. Furthermore, the number of dissatisfied visitors dropped instantly as well as on-third of the visitors were very satisfied after the museum was renovated.
In terms of visitors, the total number of yearly visitors rose dramatically from 74000 to 92000 after the museum was refurbished. Before the refurbishment, the number of very satisfied people were only 15. This value rose significantly to a high of 35 after the refurbishment.
On the other hand, the number of dissatisfied and very dissatisfied people declined to 15 and 5 respectively after the refurbishment. Similarly, only 38 people were satisfied before the refurbishment took place, however, this figure increased to a total of 40 since its refurbishment.
