In addition, a significant number of people were very dissatisfied before refurbishment; whereas, the greatest number of people were satisfied after refurbishment.
Total 74,000 people visited at the Ashdown museum during the year before refurbishment. At that time, the greatest number of people dissatisfied and it was 40 people, while, 30 people satisfied. Moreover, the number of people, who were very satisfied and very dissatisfied was 15 and 10 people respectively. Only 5 people were not responded in the survey.
On the other hand, 92,000 people visited to the museum during the year after refurbishment. At the same time, the highest number of people satisfied and it was 40; in contrast, 15 people were dissatisfied. The number of very satisfied people were 35.
