The bar chart illustrates the percentage of people worked on a full-time basis in Germany, Italy, Spain and the Average of the G7 countries, with dividing workers by three different age groups. Overall, the largest share of people who worked full-time belongs to workers in the 25-54 age bracket, while the percentage of people were in full-time employment of the youngest group is the smallest.
In regard to the 18-24 age group, the percentage of Italian workers did full-time is slight above 20%, following by just under 20% of workers from Spain. Even though the vast majority of people employed full-time is from Germany (just above 30%), it is still significant less than the share of workers contributed by the Average of the G7.
In terms of the 25-54 age bracket, the most considerable part of workers in full-time employment is contributed by Germany (just above 80%), following by Italy (under 70%) and Spain (just above 60%). In this age group Germany outraces the G7 Average (well above 70%), while the contribution of the remaining countries is still under.
According to the oldest group, Germany accounts for approximately 60% of people (fairly equal contribution of the Average of the G7 countries), while the percentage of workers from both Italy and Spain constitutes around 50%.
