Suggestions to set it up
Dear Saad,
I am writing this letter to ask for your help in setting up the mandatory equipment for my presentation next week in the main conference room.
As you are aware that I just came from the recruitment trip after one week so, I have to give a presentation to the management about the outcome of the tour such as how many candidates we hired, total interview conducted, and rejections. Therefore, I am need of one mick, projector, and laptop to highlight the numbers in graphics as it will make them easy to understand the statistics. I must say that the trip was very fruitful, and we got to hire a total of 35 candidates for the key critical positions. Hence, I want to give them a thorough presentation with accurate numbers.
Could you please help me to set up the projector straight in front of the screen and laptop on the right corner so, I could see them while giving my presentation as it would help me to answer their question easily.
I look forward to a positive reply to catch up
