Dear Jot,
I writing this in response to your letter asking for assistance in regard to the equipment required for the foreseen presentation.
Well, you are aware that I am dealing with the student visa department. My presentation will be about the process to obtain a student visa. This presentation will include all the pre-requisites, processes, and the time involved in the whole process from filling application for the offer letter to college to getting a visa from the embassy.
The equipment that I actually needed for this upcoming presentation is first, I want one laptop as I will not be able to carry my laptop as I have been given for repair and I will bring the presentation in pen drive. Secondly, a projector is an obvious requirement. Thirdly, if possible please arrange a lecture stand for me where I can place a laptop and stand for presentation.
I have mostly seen that there is always a mess of wires in the seminar hall because of the equipment set. I would like to recommend you that, place the equipment on one side instead of placing it on both the ends of the room. Try to streamline the projector on the white wall instead of the whiteboard I might need it.
