The figures illustrate the manner in which the Paradise island has been redesigned in comparison to the past.
On the periphery, the most notable transitions are the permissibilty for swimming in the beach area on the west end and the addition of scenic lookout on the east. Apart from that, the pier has been enlarged and the boat is replaced by the cruise ship.
The area on the insides has undergone drastic improvements. Barring the natural spring, everything has been re-designed and the trees have been uprooted. In the middle is a circular-shaped open restaurant along with a BBQ area, to the east of which lies a cafe. On the west side of the restaurant, there stands a huge hotel complex adjoining a swimming pool where earlier a scientific research station was located. A cycle path is spread on the inner circumference of the island which connects all the spots inside.
Overall, the re-furbishing of the area has made it a lot more attractive than it used to be in the past days.
