fight and flight
the article states that fight or flight is response that is shown by human in encountering with dangerous situations and provdie detailed explantion for each of these reactions. however, the professor says the 90% of researches are counducted on mans and she says the women show a different reaction that is called tend and be friend.
first, the author says that in fight and flight reaction people show an aggressive reaction that cause the people fight against the people around them. the professor states that women don’t show such reaction and don’t fight against people instad they attack the problem and try to find a solution for the encountred problem. she provides an example about the women who work in a lab and the colleages that gathered around and started to talk to find a solution,
second, the article states that in the flight reaction the people try to run away from the situation and this is shown in various forms and various conditions. but, the professor says that women mostly don’t show such reaction and they don’t tend to be alone is dangreous and problematic conditions. she adds in such conditions women insted of fleeing want to turn to help. in the other word, women don’t like to be alone in such situations and they want to talk wtih others. in detail, they look for advise from the friend that might help them to solve the problem while men wnat to be a room alone!
