The diagram illustrates the process that is used to manufacture bricks for the building industry.
The diagram aims to provide information about the steps of brick production for construction.
Overall, the raw material (clay, sand, and water) are processed through 4 stages before being ready for use. They are then packed and transported to the building sites.
In order to manufacture bricks for building purposes, clay, which is the main ingredient, is dug from the land before being ground and passed through the roller. The powder is then combined with two other materials, sand and water. After that, the mixture is shaped by a mould or wire cutter, ultimately producing raw bricks. The raw bricks are let dry inside the oven for 24 to 48 hours before they are progressed through a moderate heat ( 200°C - 980°C) and high-temperature kiln at 870 degree Celsius to 1300 degree Celsius. Then, those bricks are sent to cooling chamber up to 2 to 3 days and get packed ready for use. Finally, the prepared bricks are delivered to the location.
