The given line graph illustrates the proportion of those excellent chemical value river water had been selected in four UK regions over a course of 12 years starting from 1990.
It can be seen from the graph, it is clearly evident that the rate of river water in Northen Ireland was dramatically fluctuated. Moreover, England and Scotland seemed to more increase, while the percentage of river water in Wales has a rapidly went down in the last year research.
In 1990, the proportion of river water in the Wales was highest, over 95%, whereas in Scotland was significantly lower, around 95%. The percentage of river water in Northen Ireland accounted for about 92% of the UK total. At the same time, England had the worst river quality, which was over 80%. By 2000, Wales witnessed a dramatic decrease of over 95% to around 93%, while three others figures for river water were rose up.
In 2002, Norhthen Ireland and Scotland had superb river water chemical quality in the UK, were same approximately 98%, whereas the proportion in Wales saw a sharp decline of 97% to under 95%. Meanwhile, value of river water in England remained stable at roughly 85%.
