The diagram below shows how instant noodles are manufactured.
The diagram illustrates the process of instant noodles production. In general, there are eight main stages, which are done by automated machines instead of humans, before the final products are delivered to the business market.
As can be seen from the diagram, after the flour is delivered and put into storage silos, water and oil are added to make a mixer that originally has flour. Then, that combination is moved through rollers to dough sheets, which are cut into certain thin strips. Afterward, noodles are shaped into noodles discs before they are cooked by oil and dried. Next, these round-shaped noodles are packaged into an adequate number of cups followed by adding vegetables and spices. The final step concludes labeling and sealing each cup of noodles and the aforementioned ingredients. As soon as finishing manufacturing, these products are shipped to the shops or supermarkets.
In conclusion, making instant noodles products has several stages and takes time to finish. However, all these steps are done without humans interference.
