The given circular graph represents the information about spending of UAE’s government in 2000. The data is calibrated in AED.
Overall, it can be clearly seen that maximum money was spent on social security, however, transport sector received the lowest amount out of UAE’s budget.
In year 2000, UAE government decided to spend 315 billion AED out of which merely 9 billion AED was contributed towards development of transportation. Industry, farming and employment also received just 13 billion AED. To maintain law and order in country, government devoted 17 billion AED which was 2 billion AED more than that spent for clean environment and maintaining the heritage of houses.
Shifting towards the remaining information, 23 billion AED was consumed from total budget just to pay interest on debt and same amount paid for other expenditures. For two major sectors in progress of nation, the government expended 22 billion AED and 38 billion AED for defence and education respectively. The sum paid for social security of nation was 100 billion AED and fund expended on health and personal social services was nearly half the amount disbursed on social security.
