As far as the details are concerned, Households with no car started at over 45% in 1971, 10 years after which the figure decreased slightly to 2%. With regard to the household that had cars, 35% has one car and 15% has two cars. While the former figure dropped 5% over the next decade, the later rose by about 10%.
It is also conspicuous that both households with one car and no car followed a similar trend in 1991 and 2001.
