You travelled abroad and faced some problems at the airport. Write a letter to the airport manager. In your letter provide
- Your flight details
- What the problem was
- Suggest some improvement you want to see
Dear sir,
I am writing this letter to complain about a recent problem I have faced at the airport. My name is Rahikumar Patel. I have arrived in Toronto on 12 September night by the flight AK2020F.
I have departed from Mumbai and arrived in Toronto. After luggage checks out, I was told by the authority that I will get my all bags at Toronto, but when I reached the Toronto Pearson airport, I was searching for my two bags for 2-3 hours. At the end, I asked the service employee about my problem and they find my bags at the different section of the airport. Your improper management causes my waste of time.
The airport should have proper sections to find luggage from a specific flight. Additionally, there should be a digital flight luggage tracking system that mitigates effort of the traveler.
Hope next time I will see improvement in management.
Your faithfully,
Rahi
