Advantages and disadvantages of team-work
Nowadays, the phrase "team-work" has become very popular on different subjects due to its broad advantages it seems to have wheter people implemented it, specially in the jobs. However, a man disagree with the argument that putting teams of people to approach new projects is always a good idea.
First, while having a group of people working together might give a wider range of knowledge, expertise and skills required to work on a project; it is common that not all of the members contribute in the same way others do. Increasingly, if the final results of the team are well-recognized, it will be not fair to give credit to members who did not work.
On the other hand, some people think that having a group of people working together will make them solve problems quickly but it is often not true. Sometimes, there are certain members that influence each others to reject some ideas or to approve other ones, carrying the team in different directions, therefore, making the project fail.
Finally, whether the team fail or succeeded, all of the members will always be the "heros" or the "villains".
