Advantages of Airships over other aircrafts Summarize the points made in the lecture being sure to explain how they cast doubt on the specific theories presented in the reading passage

According to the reading passage, it is stated that in the near future, airships that were widely in use decades ago, will become popular again, and it mentions the advantages of airships over airplanes and helicopters to clarify this hypothesis. However, the professor in the listening section refutes the assumptions made in the reading passage and presents three solid reasons to challenge them.
Firstly, the reading claims that unlike airplanes and helicopters, airships use engine only for horizontal movement and need less fuel, which makes them cost-efficient. The professor casts doubt on this point by saying that although airships are fuel-efficient, they need special lighter gasses, such as Hydrogen and Helium to fly. He states Hydrogen gas is capable of catching fire very easily, which can result in tragic accidents. On the other hand, Helium is safer but it is more difficult to obtain and more expensive. Therefore, the professor believes finding an economical solution for this matter is not easy.
Secondly, the article posits that airships can be used in hard-to-reach locations unlike airplanes, and also can carry heavy logs unlike helicopters. In contrast, the professor says that airships need to come down to pick up the tree logs in the forest and then rise again. According to him, since airships are very large, it is very difficult to keep them steadily while there is heavy winds around, and it can cause real damages to them.
Finally, the reading says because of the fact that airships can reach high altitudes and stay there for a significant amount of time, they can be used instead of satellites. The professor opposes this point by explaining that these aircrafts can rise just 14 kilometers above the surface. He goes on to say that for resisting the strong winds within that height, they are required to use up their fuel, which leads to the continuous demand of being refueled.
