introduction course for new company staff. Write a letter to the centre manager and say
-Give some details about the course
-Explain about the course requirement for materials
-Ask about the facilities provided.
Dear Sir/Madam,
As Human resource manager at GSK pharmaceuticals limited, I am writing this letter with regards to an arrangement of the induction session for new employees which is scheduled on 25th November from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. According to company policy, prior to joining, one day course on organization's standard operating procedures and other protocols should be attended by all new joiners.
For an effective program, there are certain specific requirements from company which include cluster and comfortable seating arrangement for approximately 25 participants, an individual table and chair for moderator. In addition, for presentation, it is highly recommended to have an audio-visual system including speakers, cordless mics and a projector with latest features of light adjustment.
By looking towards an ongoing covid-19 pandemic situation, I would like to know about pivotal safety measures (social distancing, sanitization of the hall) taken at the facility. In addition, please let me know if arrangement of sanitizers, gloves and face covering masks for all participants suppose to be done
from company.
Look forward to hearing from you to proceed further.
Yours faithfully,
Nirav Dave
