Some people think they have the right to use as much as fresh water they want, others believe government should control the use of water as it limited resource. Discuss both views and give your opinion
Owing to decreasing the level of water some people think that the lawmaker need to put some steps to tackle this thorny whereas, opponents opine that it is human property they can use it when they want. I describe this essay in the favour of former ascertain.
To begin with, there are number of reasons in the support of former view. First and foremost is the lawmaker should aware to people about importance of water. To explain, these days most of the people do not have much knowledge about water source. They use it lot for washing the clothes and vehicles. The goverment should need to aware people about the water source by social and campaining and also said that, without water human life is not possible for surviving on earth. Moreover, most of the factories and industries also use lot of water for manufacturing the any type of product. Some people said that, the farmer also use extra water for agriculture purpose. The goverment should took water bills from farmer which not only help to control the wastage of water but also beneficial to boost country economic growth.
On the other hand, some people think that it their own prpoerty people canuse it for any kind of work. For example, domestic use and washing the cars and clothes. Most of the people use it for drinking water because it provide lot of energy and neccessary minerals to human.
Inconclusion, although the goverment should need to control this problem but, it is not only the responsiblity of govement the individuals should also do some efforts to tackle it.
