Overall, the emerging fact from the graph is that a much larger proportion of Canadians and Americans had access to the internet in comparison with Mexicans, and Canada experienced the fastest growth in internet usage.
Looking at more details in the year 1999, the residents of the USA used the internet around 20%, while the figures for Canada and Mexico were larger, at about 10% and 5% respectively. With regards to after 1999, the percentile of Canada and Mexico surged, in 2005 the percentum of both regions were 70%, whereas the figure for Mexico reached just over 25%.
Marching forward, by 2009, the percentile of internet users was highest in Canada. Likewise, almost 100 percent of Canadians, who used the data, compared to about 80 percent of Americans and only 40% of the Mexicans.
