Dear ABC,
I hope you are in good spirits my brother. I am happy to know that you will be coming today in the morning hours. I apologize for not being able to receive you at the train station. As, I will be working early in the office due to the new responsibilities because of the recent promotion I got. I promise you we will have a great evening together. So, let me brief you about the arrangements further.
First, you will take a taxi right from the third gate of departure. This will cost you around Rs,120/- and he will take you to Rajguru Nagar the area where I live and in the centre of the society you will find my place which is house no. 256.
Then take the keys of the house from my neighbour residing in 255, they are a great family and will offer you all the help with your luggage and belongings. Please take off the shoes at the foot mate near the front door. Everything is ready for your comfort if you want snacks you can have them from the kitchen cupboard, make tea for yourself as you must be tired from the hectic travelling. I have cooked plenty of delicious food for you and kept it in the refrigerator.
In the evening I will be back and bring some drinks and friends from workplace to welcome you. Moreover, I have even planned a game night especially for both of us after the party is over. I have selected your favourite genre of movies to watch late at night while having popcorn.
I will try as soon as possible to be back at home. See you later.
