You enjoyed a holiday organized by a tour company. Write a letter to the manager and praise the tour guide who accompanied you on the journey.
In your letter, you should:
• describe the details of your holiday
• explain what the tour guide did that was helpful
• suggest how the manager may reward the tour guide.
Dear Mr. John,
I am writing this letter to express my gratification towards a tour guide who was with us on last month’s Canada Tour, Mr. Ajay. Not only he has guided well but also he has offered small services while we were travelling.
As we were having tour for Canada for almost 11 days on last 15th of June. We were total 45 travellers with fascinating itenary plan. We visited 4 states of Canada during these span. Each state was having different transport which was quite convinient to all of us.
Well, being supportive nature Mr. Ajay always ready to support in any terms of service he could. I would like to profusely thank him for his soft communication skill because, once, in one of the restaurants I had argument about dreadful meal. That movement he came immidietaly and sorted out everything in my favour. Just because of his wit restaurant owner was convince to wave off my bill.
Perhaps, rewarding with small cash rupees or gifts may inspire him to continue with such skill forever. He may become more creative and ambitious.
Hope you will think over this matter and act promply.
Yours sincerely,
Rehana Diwan.
