The line graph demonstrates the ratio of productions that Australian exported to several countries including Japan, the United States, China and India between 1990 and 2012.

In general, the proportion of Australian exported to Japan and the US decreased, China and India saw an upward trend. In addition, China experienced the biggest disparity over 22 years.

To be specific, both Japan and China witnessed the downfall. In the beginning, Japan overtook all other groups at 26 percent then experienced a fluctuation and ended at below 20 percent and ranked at the second place. In the meantime, after having started with more than 10 percent and declined from 1990 to 1995, China witnessed a recovery, followed by a moderate fall.

Meanwhile, China and India witnessed the increase after 22 years. India started at the lowest point in comparison with other nations at nearly 0 percent. However, it escalated substantially after 2000, followed by a slight decrease in 2010. In addition, in spite of not having taken the lead position at the beginning, China usurped it from Japan after having experienced a leap in 2000.
