The source of positive energy is necessary for our life. The most common method to create that energy is watching videos about who we admire, to motivate self-improvement. Admiration is not built in several days, it is whole progress that influencers construct through their respectable qualities.

Admirable people have several common qualities. Firstly, they have compassion and sympathy for others' sad situations. Many people cannot control their life due to poverty, disaster, or accident. A generous person is always willing to give them a chance and save their life. They are admirable for their human action. Secondly, optimistic people are also being admired, especially by negative ones. They are full of hope and they are always happy with the belief that good things will happen. They start a new day with a smile on their lips and they are willing to face challenges with all their power. Nothing can stop them from moving forwards in their life. Finally, admirable people are integrity. They are honest and obviously, they get all people's trust without any reason. They have strong moral principles to resist temptation and they will never make anyone feel disappointed about them.

To sum up, being an admirable person is not easy. There are many good qualities as well as many rules that a person should have to become others' admiration. Compassion, optimism, and integrity are just three qualities that admirable people usually share in common.
