Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The provided images depict the sugar manufacturing processes by using sugar canes as raw material.
The overall procedure can be divided into two individual actions: production of sugar cane in field conditions by the farmers and then making the freshly produced canes go through several operations in order to manufacture sugar in mill.
Generally, it takes 12 to 18 months for sugar canes to become mature enough to harvest which can be done either by a machine, a harvestor or by a pickaxe. Then the harvested canes are sent to sugar mills in order to extract sugar from them.
Firstly, as a result of crushing the canes in a crushing machine, juices can be collected from there. Then the juice is purified in a limestone filter. The purified liquid is later heated in an evaporator and as a result, the liquid changes into a syrupy state. In order to crystallize and separate the sugar cubes from the syrup, it goes through centrifugation. Finally, the cubes are dried and cooled and become the product we know as sugar.
