The graph demonstrates different figures of energy consumption and production in U.S. over 50 year period from 1950 to 2000.Its results predicted for 2025.
On the one hand,in the first given year both of them had different fluctuations.That time U.S. consumption and production had nearly the same units.Regarding to 1975 they picked up 75 units.Middle of that year almost 80 energy units spent for imports.During this year U.S. production spent 50 quadrillion of British Thermal units for imports.
On the other hand,in the year of 2000 about 85 units spent for consumption it was 30 units more compared with U.S. production.Looking into the future after 25 year 130 units of energy is going to spend for energy consumption,however,U.S. production spend 60 units of energy for projections.
In total,the most significant results seen in consumption of energy during the years which graph provided and there were almost similar results in U.S. production.
