The given process illustrates how to manufacture ethanol fuel from corn.
In general, there are nine stages in this linear process commencing with collecting corn and concluding with delivering to gas station.
At the start of process, corn is claimed and stored in a warehouse, after that corn is put through miller before mixing with water in a tank to cook for 4 hours. Following that, corn and water is handled through fermenter for 48 hours, as soon as this stage is complete, mixture will be separated to two categories included liquid and solid by – product.
The main resource is liquid claiming from previous step that is purified to produce ethanol by experts, this stage waste 5 hours in laboratory. It is stored in big lories before it comes to the last step which is delivering to gas station and supply to customer, and the process is complete through 9 steps.
