Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to let you know that my documents that has not reached the destination, it is overdue by 12 days.
My document was collected by DHL Courier staff on the 12th of March 2022 from Toronto. The 10-digit code of my tracking number is E987645120. Your website tracking system shows my package was picked-up, arrived at Toronto sorting facility on the 12th and departed on the 13th of March. However, the last update depicts that it has reached the Boston sorting facility on the 14th and no update thereafter.
The documents inside the packaging were important property papers and power of attorney from my lawyer’s office (DC Law), 16 pages in total.
I would like to request you to kindly retrieve the packaging and return it to me at the earliest as it is expensive to get a new POA done again.
I am hoping to hear a positive update on the retrieval of my parcel.
