Dear sir or madam,
I am writing to inform you about the problem I have faced with your company service regarding delivery of some important documents.
I posted some documents two weeks ago to World Education Services in Canada for assessment. I contacted them today to find out the results of the assessment and found out they have not received them yet. According to the information on your website any parcel should arrive at its destination within 7 working days.
The envelope contained the original copy of my master diploma ,records of my educational background as well as 100 Euros to cover the costs of assessment. It was signed and sealed by the University of Tehran. My order was sent by 87530 tracking number.
Considering the notable delay in despatching the documents, I am requesting you to kindly help me understand the cause of the problem and make sure this delay will not take any longer as I will miss the deadline for sending evaluated certificates to university due to this mismanagement.
