The responsibility to prevent global environment damage is on politicians rather than individuals. Do you agree or disagree?
Global environmental damages are near to reach to irreversible point. Moreover, many countries suffer from dire consequences of environmental problems. Obviously, government and politicians have vital role to reduce human environmental footprint, however, individuals must be aware about environmental issues such as climate change. The truth is more complicated, especially owing to regulation laws and investment in energy sources.
Topping the list of government responsibility is regulating laws to address environment problems. To be illustration, enacting laws to offset carbon emission is a urgent need. Clearly, huge factories emission bulk of fume to air every day which is serious problem. What’s more, with regard to government responsibility, government should introducing green taxes to huge companies than these taxes must be spend on solving our environment problems. This laws not only provide budget to protect our environment but also enforced companies to be aware about environment issues. On the other hand, some people believe that these corporations, in essence, by help of their power and money that they have dominance to government and government have not enough authority to enact strict law, while, the power of people is more than anything else and they can push government to change their policy to eco-friendly way.
Look at from financial point of view, the issue of environmental damage seems to closely related to investment that carry on energy sources. To be more exact, a huge amount of investment is on fossil fuel industry. In this matter, both Politian and induvial must encourage entrepreneurs to give primacy to renewable sources. At first blush, may seen that just need governments lay groundwork to develop renewable energy sources but in this case induvial have important role to support companies that investing in renewable sources.
In the final, our environment issues are in a dangerous level and politician must take responsibility to alleviate this problems that lead to climate change, widespread flooding and so on. However, politician have a key and leading role, the role of individual must not to be ignored.
