Dear Peter,
I am writing with regards to my presentation on methods of the oil spills assessment with the aid of high-resolution images. As you are probably aware, the event will be in the company’s conference room at 3 p.m. on Tuesday. So, I need some equipment to be prepared for it, namely a microphone and an interactive screen connected to my notebook.
Could you please check everything and make it ready for the presentation? It will be a great help for me as I am going to present in front of one of our major clients, Chevron oil company. I want to make sure that every finest detail is perfect and all equipment works properly.
