To improve the quality of education, universities should spend more money on salaries for university professors.
Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
Nowadays, people are really concerned about the quality of education, esprcially that of universities, and they come up with various ways to improve it. Personally, I believe that it is not so wise to invest money in the professor's salary. I feel this way for two reasons, which I will explore in the following assay.
To begin with, it's more reasonable to spend limited, valuable money on the facilities of the college. To be more specific, buildings like labs and libraries are worthwhile to be updated, as they enable students feel cozier to do researches and explor knowledge. Besides, a beautiful campus with the larger area of vegetation can refresh students, indirectly benefit the education quality. My personal experience is a compelling example of this. During my schoollife, trials done in labs had a large portion in my academic work. I always felt fortunate that my university have plenty of advanced devices that I didn't have to share them with others or be worried about the lack of suitable tools.
Moreover, I think students are willing to embrace more chances of projects that can bring about personal development, whether they are academic or not. Since there are a great number of students, the application for projects is really competitve. With more investment, more students could be involved in and grab the chance to enhance personal abilities. For instance, every summer vacation, my brother's college has a project that elects superb students to get access to well-known companies and learn cutting-edge technologies. He is quite eager to participate in it but sadly he missed the chance. Hopefully, many students like him can improve themselves if more places are supplied.
In conclusion, based on the arguments explored above, I am of the opnion that it would be more effective to futher improve the quality if sufficient money is invested in many other aspects, such as the school library or exchange programmes.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
