you recently bought a piece of equipment for your kitchen but it did not work. You phoned the shop but no action was taken.
Write a letter to shop manager.
In your letter
- Describe the problem with equipment
-Explain what happened when you phoned the shop
-Say what you would like the manager to do.
Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with regards to my recent purchase of hand blander from your shop. I am not satisfied with the quality of the equipment.
The hand blender of Philips brand which was bought on 19-05-2014 from Bradford ASDA store is not working properly, it is making some noise and some kind of fumes are coming out from it. I tried to inform about the same to the store executive over the phone but the response was not at all satisfactory. Store executive was ill mannered and he was very rude to me. I am a regular customer of your store and buying things every now and then with occasional exchange of the goods. My past experiences were always good, so this was not expected from the brand like yours.
I would like you to take some necessary action against that executive on 20-05-2014 around 3.30 p.m. I don’t remember the name of that executive for necessary proof you can refer your recording system. My name is Sonal Mehta.
I hope you will take immediate action against your executive and will not have the same experience in the future.
Yours sincerely,
Sonal Mehta
